Our Vinegars are made on a basis of white wine vinegar with 6 º acidity and the flesh of our fruits, which were harvested at their optimum maturation point and brought directly from the tree to our kitchen.

This way, aroma and flavour is retained at best, which normally is lost in the fruits, when brought about in cooling chambers on long transport routes.

And therefore you won´t find vinegar varieties with tropicalen fruit but with fruit that is available in the traditional Majorcan cuisine.
