INGREDIENTS: 95% sea salt, 5% rosemary, majoram, thyme and basil.
This salt comes from the salt lakes and marshes in Salines de Llevant, whose waters come from the beaches Es Trenc, Es Parangons i Ses Covetes de la badia de Migjon , two virgin beaches located in Ses Salines and Campos. This salt is naturally obtained with the exploitation of sea, sun and wind.
Nature has preserved its entire variety and exuberance thanks to the water from es Trenc, Es Parangons i Ses Covetes de la badia de Migjon –source of the Salobrar-, in a quiet place out of time which makes the visitor feel the ancestral respect for this indescribable place in the island of Mallorca, a feeling shared by anyone who visits these calm pools.
All the salt varieties have been produced with the traditional ingredients and Mediterranean aromas that characterize Mallorcan cuisine.
