All our olive oil varieties –with pepper, aromatic herbs or garlic and bay leaf– are produced with oil.
This oil is an extra virgin olive oil, using physical procedures which allow the oil to preserve the flavour, the aroma and the characteristics of its fruit. Each oil has specific organoleptic characteristics: when the oil is obtained from ripe olives, the most excellent properties of the oil are sweetness and softness with hardly any sign of bitterness and spiciness, and when it is obtained from green olives, the result tastes fruity and the oil is bitter and spicy.
