Our jam has characteristics that make it different and unique in the market. Since we are growers and producers, the fruit goes straight from the tree to the kitchen. We pick the fruit when it is just right, before being too ripe, to preserve all the natural pectin, and the jam is made immediately before the fruit loses its aroma and flavour in cold stores.
These jams are made of natural ingredients, without preservatives or artificial colourings and thickeners. Containing a 50% of fruit, jam is produced with a cooking method –low heat and temperature- that allows the jam to preserve the properties, the flavour and the aroma of the just picked fruit.
